As Captain, you’re responsible for making sure your teammates complete their registration.

On this form, you can add teammates’ details. They’ll be emailed a link to join.
Or, copy and share your Team Link, which takes them straight to your team’s form.
Note: Save your Team Link. Even if you’ve listed teammates here, the email may not reach them — the link is the only guaranteed way they can join your team.
Waiver
All players will be required to read and sign a waiver on the day of the tournament before participating.

After Registering
Once you register as a Team Captain, you’ll see your unique Team Link on the confirmation page, and we’ll also email it to you.
Save it — it’s how your teammates join.
We’ll email you with event details and your game schedule closer to the day. All updates will come from Hahn — so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk).
Important: Registration doesn’t guarantee participation until Hahn confirms via email.
